Book to rent anytime October - March and we'll adjust your rate to $999!
Sites with sewer hookup are strongly recommended for weeklong rentals, and any necessary black tank emptying during rental is the responsibility of the renter.
$999 rate does not include cleaning fees or setup fees, campsite rental or any associated campground fees
Delivery and setup fees are waived for rentals booked at Campland on the Bay or Mission Bay RV Resort!
Can't swing a week-long Workcation or Staycation? We also have a $195/night off-season rate for a 2-night minimum.

Rental details
2 Night minimum $195/night (Off-Season)
$50 Delivery Fee from Imperial Beach (South) to Carlsbad/Oceanside (North) and Lake Jennings (West). Additional per-mile fee for 35+ miles. (Waived for Off-Season bookings at Campland on the Bay!)
$150 Cleaning fee
$1,000 security refundable (less any fees) security deposit

We started remodeling and repairing motorhomes in 2020 when there was a Covid-inspired surge in both RV traveling and full-time living. We found that many owners preferred to trade in their RVs that needed work for new models, and saw blank canvases in those older models that could be transformed into something unique and wonderful. That's what spurred the idea to create themed experience rentals, and the Beach House is the first example of our work!
