The Beach House

This one-of-a-kind remodeled motorhome is the perfect fit for hitting the beach in Southern California for the day, the weekend, or for a week. It comes fully stocked so all you really need is your swimsuit, food, and drink! She's soulful, comfortable, and simple.
We started remodeling and repairing motorhomes in 2020 when there was a Covid-inspired surge in both RV traveling and full-time living. We found that many owners preferred to trade in their RVs that needed work for new models, and saw blank canvases in those older models that could be transformed into something unique and wonderful. That's what spurred the idea to create themed experience rentals, and the Beach House is the first example of our work!

Rental details
3 Night minimum $200/night
$150 Delivery and Pickup Fee (from Imperial Beach (South) to Carlsbad/Oceanside (North) and Lake Jennings (West). Additional per-mile fee for 35+ miles)
$150 Cleaning fee
$1,000 security refundable (less any fees) security deposit

Availability

Want to Rent the Beach House but Don’t have a Camp Site?
We can help you nab a SoCal State Beach RV Campsite reservation to upgrade your rental, even though these campgrounds are booked years in advance!
Step 1: Go to the Reserve California website and set up a free account.
Step 2: At 8am PST every day, cancellations from the prior day are released. Search for your favorite Southern California State Beach or select from the dropdown menu, and enter your dates. The search results will also show the availability for your dates at other parks. (You might have to check a few days in a row to get the dates your want.)
Tip: When searching for site type, initially just select Tent Camping - we haven’t figured out why, but selecting RV upfront blocks sites that are actually available for RV Camping. You can add the RV info later when you’re making the reservation. The Beach House is 27’.
Step 3: Make that reservation!
Tip: Even if you’re not sure about/you want to hold out for specific dates or locations, the Reservations are totally refundable 24 hours + before the booking start date, minus an $8 booking fee. So you can change or cancel your booking if you need to for a small fee.
